A daily relaxation ritual is proven to slow the nervous system down, decrease muscular tension, and may aid in the prevention of certain diseases.  This, used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle will provide a more enjoyable life experience.  This relaxation method is meant to assist you in a daily "timeout" in the comfort of your home.  It is not recommended or suggested that you use this method in any place except your home or is it in any way to be used as a substitute method of treatment for an illness you may have or you might think you have.
