Exercising your mental muscles with a puzzle is a good way to stay sharp. Eating plenty of leafy green vegetables is a good idea too! Aside from the health benefits, puzzles are just plain fun. We generally offer 6 or 7 conundrums each academic year. If you're having a bad day, try one - it's bound to cheer you up! A brainteaser can be very relaxing after a long hard day at work or school, and it's something the whole family can enjoy together. And who knows, you may just win a prize!
